Our Work

One client, built from scratch. Smile Science Dental Spa — Glendale's highest-rated dental spa — is Practice Brew's sole current client and the proof of concept for every method we use.

Client: Smile Science Dental Spa

Smile Science Dental Spa is a full-service dental spa in Glendale, Arizona. When Practice Brew began working with the practice, it had a good reputation and a modest digital presence. The goal: build organic authority, systematize reputation collection, and develop a content library that could compete with DSO marketing budgets — without becoming a DSO. View the site.

What We Built

Over the course of the engagement, we rebuilt the practice website on a performance-first architecture, developed a 90+ page content library covering every major service and local market, launched a PPC structure separated by service category and search intent, and built a review collection workflow that grew the practice from under 200 reviews to 443+ with a 4.9-star average.

SEO & Content

The content strategy centered on two bets: (1) long-form service pages built for high-intent searches, and (2) a local market expansion into surrounding Phoenix suburbs. Both bets paid off. The practice now holds top-3 positions for its primary service categories in Glendale and ranks on the first page for over a dozen surrounding market terms. Content volume: 90+ pages, all medically reviewed.

Reputation

Reputation management was the highest-leverage investment. We built a post-appointment review collection workflow that integrated with the practice's scheduling system, wrote response templates for every review category, and established a monthly review performance review with the front desk team. In 18 months, the practice moved from 3.9 to 4.9 stars with 443+ verified Google reviews.

Results

Practice revenue grew materially over the engagement period. The practice's organic traffic is its primary new-patient source. The PPC campaigns generate a cost-per-lead below the practice's target acquisition cost. The brand identity is consistent across digital and physical touchpoints. Practice Brew doesn't publish performance numbers without client approval — this summary reflects the scope and direction of our work, not a specific revenue claim.

What's Next

Practice Brew is now accepting inquiries from independent dental practices who want the same systematic approach applied to their market. We take on a limited number of clients to preserve the quality of the work. If you're a solo or group practice competing against DSOs and you're tired of marketing that doesn't know the difference between an implant and an inlay, contact us.
